Before you email us

[01]I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

> On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check spam if it doesn't arrive.
[02]How do I cancel my subscription?

> Go to Billing in your dashboard and click "Manage Subscription" to open the billing portal. From there you can cancel, update your payment method, or view invoices. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
[03]Can I get a refund?

> We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you've been charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, email billing@audiomus.com and we'll review it.
[04]My guest reviewers can't access the project link. What's wrong?

> The most common causes: the share token was regenerated (invalidating old links), the project is password-protected and they're entering the wrong password, or the project was archived. Check the project's Share settings in your dashboard.
[05]How do I export my data before deleting my account?

> You can export your feedback as DAW marker files from your dashboard. For a full account data export, email privacy@audiomus.com.
