Pricing FAQ

[01]Is the Free plan really free forever?
> Yes. No credit card required. The Free plan stays free as long as Audiomus exists. We limit projects and file sizes — not your access to the core workflow.
[02]What happens when I hit the Free plan limits?
> You'll be prompted to upgrade. Your existing projects and all feedback stay intact — nothing is deleted. You just can't create new projects until you upgrade or archive old ones.
[03]Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
> Yes. Upgrade from your billing page, or manage your subscription through the billing portal to downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period — you keep access until then.
[04]What counts as an 'active project'?
> Any project that isn't archived. Archive a project and it stops counting against your limit. Archived projects and their feedback are preserved — they just don't accept new uploads.
[05]Do my clients and reviewers need paid accounts?
> No. Guests review with zero friction — they click a share link, enter a name, and start commenting. Guest access is free on all plans and has no reviewer limits.
[06]What DAW formats does the export support?
> Pro Tools SMPTE markers (.txt), Adobe Audition CSV, Audacity label track, and Hindenburg Pro markers. Available on Pro and Studio plans.
[07]What is the 30-day inactivity purge on Free?
> If a Free-plan project has no activity (no new uploads, comments, or views) for 30 days, it is scheduled for archival and then deletion after a warning email. Pro and Studio plans are never purged.
[08]Do you offer team or agency pricing?
> The Studio plan covers professional studio workflows. If you're running a larger agency with specific needs, reach out via the contact page and we'll work something out.
